You will be working with our multicultural teams specialised in mobile iOS and Android app building, web, back-end and dev-ops, a total of around 50 fun and driven team players.
We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst, working from our Medellin Offices. This role requires the ability to capture technical product and business requirements from our international clients and coordinate teams across various functions such as Development and QA to ensure that the project requirements are defined and understood. The Business Analyst is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills in English.
The Business Analyst will accurately capture complex product requirements from our client briefings and insure that these requirements are refined and communicated to the development team in an accurate and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend client meetings and understand product requirements
Lead in the requirement creation, development and support stages of a project
Translate requirements from clients into tickets in JIRA for the development team to work on
Work with multiple project teams of Developers (iOS, Android, Web, BackEnd), QA and Dev-Ops at the same time for a variety of high-profile clients
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Report project KPIs and progress to the Project Manager.
Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of projects
Fluent English (C1 or C2)
3 to 5 years of BA experience in software development
Worked on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Experience in different business verticals
Strong core project management skills (budget, scope, resource management, timelines, risk)
Proficient with software management tools such as Jira, productboard and comfortable working with Slack, our main communication tool
Knowledge of frontend web/mobile application and backend environments is an advantage
B.S. / B.A. in Business Administration, Project Management, Software Development, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
