This is a key role to make possible the growth and development of the company, requiring both technical and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you would oversee the recruitment process from talent sourcing & attracting candidates to interviewing & hiring great colleagues. You will also network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and engage skilled employees for our technical positions.

The Role

  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Source, select, and interview IT Talent according to recruitment demand within the organization.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pools and attract relevant talents.
  • Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Support and advise hiring leaders on attracting and engaging the best talent.
  • Compose job offer letters.
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.

2 + years' experience working in IT selection process.

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar.
  • Language proficiency - English: Business Level (a must).
  • Must be proactive, responsive, professional and dedicated to team success.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
