The Company is a custom software delivery agency and incubator that sit at the intersection of healthcare, blockchain and telecommunications. They partner with startups and established organizations to address data privacy and security issues. They have a team of architects, designers, engineers and strategic partnerships to drive their investment, experimentation and proof-of-concept development. The experienced team of technologists has delivered dozens of custom software solutions, including a patient intake application for Vytalize Health (an ACO), blockchain validators for Blockware Solutions, and connected health platforms for all.

  • Work with technical leads and designers to plan, develop the technical scope of work, and manage the execution of projects/product changes in response to requirements from stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams during all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, pilot, implementation, and continuous service.
  • Facilitate client and project team interactions, including scrums, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, incident management, and release management.
  • Ability to assess a project scope and the team execution ability.
  • Identify, understand, and work to mitigate issues and risks proactively with the project team, business partners, and leadership.
  • Engage with all levels across the client and internally manage relationships andexpectations.
  • Accountable for managing and driving program/ project execution on time and within budget.
  • Document and organize acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Document and organize training materials for the client.

  • 8+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • PM Certification (PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Willingness to adapt to alternative ways to do project management, driving the team with few requirements.
  • Blockchain experience a huge plus, but not required. Desire to learn about blockchain and crypto.
  • Expert with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in/working in partnership with technical roles, such as an engineer, developer, data analyst, data scientist, etc.Project leadership experience focused on engaging others in delivering and executing technical solutions and service deliverables.
  • Outcome-oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Solid grasp of software technologies and stacks

The Company is innovating in the blockchain market by creating a multi-stack, self-service marketplace, and management platform for the sale and trading of Bitcoin miners. The project is highly focused on the privacy and security of transactions and the customers data. It will involve knowledge of smart contracts and the integration of off-chain data.
