The Company is looking to hire a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team within the Engineering Department. You will be responsible for team flow, delivery, happiness, and continuous improvement. You will work with other engineering managers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to help your team develop quality software aligned with product and company objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading 1 cross-functional team, building an environment based on transparency, accountability, and trust
  • Aligning team objectives with product and enterprise objectives
  • Helping your team flow efficiently towards their objectives and empowering them to deliver quality software
  • Facilitating inner and outer team interactions, protecting the team from disturbance
  •  Helping your team identify and implement process improvement
  •  Helping your team give visibility on plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Coaching your team members and supporting them in their professional development

  • Experience in managing software engineering teams, ideally in a remote/distributed setting
  • Experience coaching and mentoring engineers
  • Experience in software and web development, ideally in SaaS
  • Good knowledge of agile software development practices
  • Knowledge of architecture and design patterns
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good level of English
