What you’ll do as a Support Software Engineer

  • Our company is looking for a Technical Software Support Engineer to join our fast-paced Support Team.
  • You will be part of a groundbreaking team working in the digital marketing industry.
  • You will become an expert in our product and help us improve the experience of our customers. \
  • You will provide support to our clients, diagnose the root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers in a professional manner.
  • Analyzing recurrent problems you will suggest improvements to the Product by working closely with the Product Team.


  • Provide Technical Support to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups
  • are done in a timely manner.
  • Build software tools
  • Fix production bugs and or implement development stories when needed


  • Work experience (2+ years) in development with GeneXus
  • Work experience (2+ years) with version control system such as GeneXus Server
  • Work experience (2+ years) with one or more DBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL,etc
  • Work experience (1+ year) in development with an OOP language, such as Java.
  • Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.

Good to have (Bonus)

  • Familiar with GxFlow
  • Familiar with GAM
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
  • Familiar with testing tools such as GxTest
  • Familiar with AWS
  • Familiar with NodeJS
  • Familiar with ReactJS
  • Familiar with Jira
  • Familiar with git, bitbucket or similar
