Our company is looking for a Software Support Engineer I to join our fast-paced Product Team. You will be part of a groundbreaking team working on a brand-new product in the digital marketing industry. You will become an expert in our product and help us improve the experience of our customers. You will support our client, diagnose the root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers professionally. Analyzing recurrent problems you will suggest improvements to the Product by working closely with the Product Team.


  • Manage the onboarding process for each new customer, from technical evaluation onward.
  • Provide Technical Support to customers. 
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are done in a timely manner.
  • Build software tools
  • Fix production bugs and or implement development stories when needed


  • Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Work Experience (1+ year) in one or more OOP languages such as Java, C++, C#, etc
  • Work Experience (1+ year) in ReactJS and NodeJS
  • Good understanding of Git
  • Familiar with writing SQL Queries 
  • Experience developing Web Applications.
  • Familiar with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, CouchDB, etc
  • Familiar with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, etc

Nice to have (Bonus)

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Familiar with JIRA and JIRA HelpDesk
  • Familiar with Android
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing
