 Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and mentor a team of skilled software engineers focused on customer integration projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient integration solutions using AWS, Kafka, and Python technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for successful integration projects.
  • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices in data engineering and software development.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in all integration processes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the integration landscape to propose and implement continuous improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on integration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AWS and Kafka technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
