As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services. You will lead a team of talented engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and automation solutions.   • Lead technically a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions to support our products and services.
  • Develop and optimize automation tools and processes to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and system tuning to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree, 8+ years of relevant industry experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience managing technical teams with commercial deployments in AWS.
  • Strong fluency scripting skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Understanding of distributed systems architecture and best practices is distributed system design.
  • Commercial hands-on experience with AWS of at least five years.
  • Strong familiarity managing resources with IaC tools (e.g.Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • Experience managing cloud-based CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong familiarity with Unix / Linux operating systems and general command-line knowledge
  • Strong experience implementing and maintaining DevOps frameworks from the ground up.

  • 100% Remote position 
  • Full time Contractor and USD salary
  • 20 PTO per year.
