SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (Python - React)
SUSPENDIDO We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join this startup´s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating, extending, and expanding the financial product and services of the Company to support trade-finance players and their customers.
You will be a key figure between the Product and Development teams, responsible for analyzing, identifying, and implementing product requirements and adjustments based on customer needs. Additionally, you will interact with clients, often serving as a mediator and point of reference for the Development team regarding product needs and for the Product team concerning the timelines and guidelines of the Development team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration, extension, and expansion of products and services to support trade-finance players and their customers.
- Act as a key liaison between the Product and Development teams, ensuring that product requirements are accurately analyzed, identified, and actioned in line with customer needs.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, acting as a mediator between client demands and internal capabilities.
- Define and measure the quality of our products in the region, ensuring they meet and exceed industry standards.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
- Debug and resolve production issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.
- Create user interfaces on top of complex underlying systems such as payment acceptance and money movement infrastructure

- Drive improvements in engineering standards, tooling, and processes across the company.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver successful projects.
- At least 5 years of development experience, including building, running, and debugging web applications using modern technologies such as Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Proficiency in developing and managing APIs and working with SQL databases.
- Experience with AWS and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTPS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- A deep belief in the mission of building financial infrastructure and motivation to reduce the complexity of the existing landscape.
- High standards for working with production systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in product management or working in financial startups is a must.
- Fluent English

- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
