We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Expert, specializing in Cloud Functions, Firebase, and Firestore with Node.js expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing these technologies in production environments and possess a deep understanding of Google Cloud architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and manage serverless applications using Google Cloud Functions.
  • Implement real-time data storage and synchronization solutions with Firebase and Firestore.
  • Design and optimize Node.js backend services, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Integrate various Google Cloud services into production-grade applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot applications in a cloud environment.

  • Extensive experience with Google Cloud Functions, Firebase, and Firestore, particularly in live production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud-native application design.
  • Experience with real-time databases, security rules, and data optimization strategies in Firebase.
  • Proven ability to manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation in a cloud-based environment is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud technologies in production.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and Firestore for building real-time applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Google Cloud certification is a plus.
