We are seeking a Video Content Manager for social media with experience in managing and editing audiovisual content. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating and optimizing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end video content production process for social media, from planning and creation to publishing and performance tracking.
  • Edit videos with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and brand consistency across different platforms.
  • Develop and execute video content strategies to grow the brand’s online presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s goals and messaging.
  • Monitor trends and best practices on social media to ensure the content is fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze video performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all video projects.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with basic graphic design and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and specifications for various social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for video and optimizing videos for search and discovery on platforms like YouTube.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to suit different social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools to measure video performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 + years of experience in video content creation or management for social media.
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and reach through video content.
  • Experience in working within a marketing or creative team.
