As a senior developer, you will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of our innovative financial solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, can work with scalable architectures, and possesses a strong understanding of secure, high-performance systems.

  • Experience: 6+ years in full-stack development, with a minimum of 2 years in a fintech environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
    • Back-End: NestJS, Node.js
    • Front-End: React, React Native, Expo
    • Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    • Additional Technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Docker, RESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred)
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
  • Fintech Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial regulations and security standards; experience developing secure, data-compliant applications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges efficiently.
