TECH LEAD SPATIAL COMPUTING (CDMX-SAO-BUE-MDE)
ABIERTO We are looking for a Tech Lead with deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem and strong mastery of SwiftUI to help lead our Spatial Computing initiatives. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, guiding developers across multiple projects, an ensuring that our Apple Vision Pro solutions are robust, performant, and scalable.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, architectural decision-making, and direct technical dialogue with customers.
Responsibilities

Define technical architecture and best practices for Vision Pro projects

Lead and mentor developers working with visionOS and related technologies

Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions

Guide and spar with developers, designers, and 3D specialists across multiple projects

Act as a technical mentor, helping the team grow their Apple and SwiftUI expertise

Support developers in solving complex technical challenges

Ensure consistent technical approaches across parallel projects

Participate in customer meetings to explain technical choices, constraints, and opportunities

Support pre-sales and early discovery phases with technical insight when needed

Strong background in software architecture and hands-on development

Strong experience developing on Apple platforms and expert-level SwiftUI skills

Familiarity with real-time systems, 3D, or graphics pipelines is a plus

Comfortable working in early-stage, evolving technical landscapes

Ability to balance innovation with pragmatic engineering choices
