The ERP & Integration Consultant works directly with customers and internal delivery teams to lead and execute ERP and systems integration projects. This role operates across implementation and continued success functions and is responsible for designing, building, and delivering reliable integrations between ERP platforms and leading cloud-based systems.
You are expected to own projects end to end, communicate confidently with customers, and deliver solutions that perform reliably in real production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration projects from discovery through go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical integration designs.
Map and validate data between systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Configure and develop integrations using an iPaaS or similar integration platform.
Integrate ERP systems with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and other cloud applications.
Execute full end-to-end testing, including edge cases and real-world scenarios.
Support customers during go-live and post–go-live stabilization.
Provide ongoing support and structured knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Train customers on proper usage and best practices of the integration platform.
Support ERP consulting tasks as needed, with a focus on real operational outcomes
ERP Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, with strong understanding of core modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Financials.
Functional Consulting Experience: Proven experience leading implementations or optimizations for mid-market or enterprise clients.
Business Process Knowledge: Strong background in designing and optimizing business processes across ERP and eCommerce environments.
Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements and present solutions clearly.
Problem Solver: Able to work independently and troubleshoot complex functional and operational challenges.
Collaboration & Leadership: Capable of guiding customers and mentoring junior team members through implementation efforts.
Analytical Mindset: Skilled at analyzing business processes to identify gaps and recommend functional improvements.
Preferred Skills
Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS); prior exposure is a plus but not required, as training can be provided.
Background in fast-paced consulting or ERP implementation environments.
Relevant ERP certifications are highly valued.
