SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (REMOTE)
ABIERTO We are looking for a Project Manager to manage digital projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital solutions for international clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Project planning and delivery: Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Problem-solving and risk management: Anticipate obstacles, identify risks, and remove blockers to support effective delivery.
Team coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, creative teams, and clients.
Client management: Translate business needs into actionable plans, build trust, manage expectations, and negotiate scope.
Financial oversight: Monitor project budgets, billing, and profitability.
Business development: Identify opportunities to expand collaboration with existing clients.
Continuous improvement: Improve processes and incorporate technology and AI tools into daily workflows.
- Approximately 3 years of experience managing digital projects or products.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to lead client meetings and navigate challenging conversations.
- A collaborative leadership style that encourages autonomy and shared responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic, professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Understanding of project budgets, billing, and profitability.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, including the use of AI to improve productivity.
- Familiarity with project management, documentation, and remote collaboration tools.
- Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with the team’s working schedule, to be confirmed during the selection process.
