We are looking for a Solutions analyst who is technically experienced, creative, and curious to lead technical pre-sales discussions, define solutions with our customer, and drive technical integration through to completion.

You will be responsible for surveying and managing the functional needs of the client in the preparation and execution of the projects, complying with the standards and documentation required by the quality standards of the company. Survey the client's needs considering the characteristics of their operations.

A solutions analyst will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering technicals presentation to the customers in order to  explain solutions based on our product
  • Analyze and validate the integrations with the  partners working very close of  the product team
  • Support the commercial department in the technical discussions about  product features.
  • Be the link between the commercial department and product team  to translate the needs from our customers to technicals and functional needs.
  • Be a direct contact for new or existing customers when they need to evaluate or go deeper in the technical solution.
  • Gathering requirements in order to size new features that are not already included in the product.
  • Playing an important role in the communication with customers from the technical point of view.


What You'll Be Working On

Participate in meetings with clients to gather information on business processes, propose alternatives or operating structures in light of the requirements provided.

We Hope You Have

  • At least 3 years in a client-facing role
  • Desirable to have strong payments integration experience
  • Systems analyst or equivalent training
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Business analysis
  • Technical background & experience
  • Skills for communication and negotiation, adequate oral expression and analytical capacity.
