Empresa de Software líder global en tecnologías financieras móviles, que opera más de 100 plataformas en 40 países.

We are looking for a technical writer to significantly improve our technical documentation. You will write and design technical documentation such as developer guides and use cases for our products.

You will be working with our Solutions team collaborating with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure the quality of the information related to our products.

A technical writer will be responsible for:

  • Write, design, publish and version management technical documentation based on current available resources

  • Improve existing documentation  

  • Standardization of how the documents are presented

What You Need To Have

  • Good  level of organizational capacity

  • Strong collaboration, writing, proofreading and communication skills

  • 3+ years of solid experience writing API documentation, writing developer blogs, creating developer user experiences

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Customer and client  orientation

We Hope You Have

  • Experience in the payments/fintech industry

  • Experience working with APIs, code languages and using various API tools such as Postman
