Full service software design and development firm with offices in Boston, MA, and Medellin. We offer professional services across the entire project spectrum, from fleshing out application ideas, to coding, to post-launch support. Our international clients hail from the energy, retail, financial services, wellness and media verticals. You will be working with our multicultural teams specialised in mobile iOS and Android app building, web, back-end and dev-ops, a total of around 50 fun and driven team players.

Our designers are responsible for translating customer stories and requirements into functional and pleasing web and mobile application designs including wireframes, detailed views, work flows, high fidelity look and feel and animations.

As a designer, you will work on one or more client projects as part the team defining the features and look and feel of an application. Our designers spend time discussing and fleshing out features based on user stories (As an X, I want to do Y to accomplish Z) and translate these discussions into prototypes and detailed designs. You will then work with developers and architects to refine those designs based on the capabilities and potential limitations of the actual software development process.

Responsabilities:

  • Define the vision for a product or service
  • Design and prototype elegant solutions for mobile and web applications
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team and facilitate design discussions
  • Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas with design researchers, and refine designs with data and user feedback
  • Present design work to clients, as well as the design, engineering, and product teams for review and feedback
  • Manage the design process and your own work from concept to completion

  • Native or C1/C2 level English
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product design.
  • You create usable and compelling experiences through a user centered design process.
  • Fluency in best practices for web and mobile design and usability principles and techniques.
  • Experience creating and expanding upon extensible design systems

  • You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders on tough problems and have a proven record of effective user advocacy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, as well as a track record of effectively advocating for and evangelizing user-centered design. Advanced English required.
