As a Product Owner the candidate will:
Define and manage the product backlog creating Epics and User Stories, and collaborating with the team on the story’s definition of DONE.
Evaluate product progress at each iteration.
Advocate for the customers needs in front of the development team.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Adjust and split sprint planning stories depending on technical constraints.
About the candidate:
A background of product owner in a software company.
Understanding the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions.
Capability of understanding, articulating and prioritizing the business value of tasks.
Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus.

This position is based in Montevideo, Uruguay. We are all working remotely now, for obvious reasons. Nobody knows what the future will look like in this regard but, philosophically, we support flexible remote working as a personal choice.
