We are looking for a Senior Presentations Designer to join our design team. We need help from someone who is really hands on (the new designer who joins our team will be creating presentations daily). At the same time, we require a designer who is experienced, to be able to coach and guide other team members (we want this person to improve our team’s quality standards and design practices).
Our presentation development process involves researching the topic and designing the presentation content based on some topic requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
This person will be designing/creating Presentations based on content requirements. We expect the designer to provide the design style, and visual assets that empower the content
requirements. Also, we want this person to control the quality of the deliverables of a two-member design team (eventually, the number of team members may grow in the future), and help them improve their work based on design best practices.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to create modern, well designed PowerPoint presentations. Needs to master Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
We want designers that can create icons, vector scenes, illustrations and any assets that might be used in a presentation.
We expect this person to know, follow and advocate design best practices in the areas of layout, coloring, illustration, content display and overall consistency of a presentation.
Understanding of Topics and Infographic Style is required.
This is a full time to the job (avg 40hs weekly)
Flexible Time: We do not have constraints of shift hours, just need to be available 2hr during ET timezone (9am to 11am)
We work remotely. We pay by the hour and we have productivity bonuses.
