SCRUM MASTER (HYBRID - MONTEVIDEO)
CERRADO We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader who facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
What you’ll do

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Foster strong collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.

Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and organizational processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.

Background in software development or technical project management.

Experience working in a scaled Agile environment.
