We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader who facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
  • Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and organizational processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
  • Background in software development or technical project management.
  • Experience working in a scaled Agile environment.
