We are looking for:

An experienced, self-directed and highly motivated Producer with a passion for all things tech. You shall be responsible to ensure that the agency provides on-time and on-budget work that complies with the client’s satisfaction standards, always providing high quality deliverables. You must also support our Head of Project Management.

You must be able to:

  • Lead an interactive team (designers,developers, QA) through every stage of a project
  • Manage tight production schedules by:
    - Proofing information and content
    - Setting up and tracking tasks in any project management tool or with the development team
    - Support client account management, if required
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Simultaneously manage workflow for several projects with a variety of timelines and multiple stakeholders (including vendors)
  • Be available for support tasks delegated by the Head of Project Management such as: estimation and scoping for prospecting purposes
  • Ensure the quality of the deliverables prepared by the team before handing them off to clients
  • Always maintain the high standard quality that is key to our company
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience with digital production in a digital creative agency or environment
  • Competent in the use of G Suite products and project management tools
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in audiovisual, AR and VR.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent common sense
  • High level of aesthetic detail
  • Experience in projects involving internal teams and external vendors
  • Experience in short and strict-deadline projects
  • Experience in controlling project profitability
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to contribute to a successful project
  • Curious and up-to-date with the creative / digital & media industry
