As a Tech Lead at the company, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of our projects and leading a team of skilled developers. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a focus on best practices and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using JavaScript, Java, and Angular.
  • Drive best practices in coding, testing, and software development methodologies.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in software development, with expertise in JavaScript, Java, and Angular.
  • Relevant experience with GIS systems
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software development and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
