The project is about integrating one of the world's most recognized work environment ranking tools into the company's suite of products. The aim is to achieve a product that takes advantage of data from both sides (demographics and sentiment) to offer information that is much more valuable than the mere sum of its parts.

The idea is to create a product that is able, through the use of new data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies, to identify in time different situations (positive and not so positive) in the feelings and well-being of employees, and to be able to offer options on how to deal with or enhance them. It is an innovative product that no competing company can offer today. It is the opportunity to join a product that is being developed from scratch, with much to define and do.

 

  • A college degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of professional experience in a related position.
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data analysis/data visualization tools (like PowerBI, Tableau,Cognos etc.).
  • Experience in Jira and Aha!, would be a plus.
  • Experience with Python, Java, C#
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders from different levels.
  • Ability to create visualizations across varying types of data to help the product team make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work with datasets from varying sources and find consistency to bring those datasets together. Such datasets may include sales, customer relationship, product usage, quality and predictability.
