The Growth Marketing Lead at Hairball is a strategic role designed for a visionary marketer who excels in crafting and implementing growth strategies. This individual will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving awareness, and adoption of our NetSuite, e-commerce, and Celigo services. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Growth Marketing Lead will optimize our marketing funnel, spearhead customer acquisition, and foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Hairball's business goals and brand voice.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive campaign strategy and execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Oversee social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns, tailoring messages to our core industries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from awareness to advocacy.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, providing regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and metrics-driven marketing decisions.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, adhering to the PECSR² Framework in all marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Outreach
