We are looking for a Product Support Specialist with a background in accounting or finance to provide expert-level support to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your accounting experience to help users navigate our platform and resolve issues, ensuring that they fully utilize the software's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to CPA firms, focusing on features like project management, billing, invoicing, and workflow tracking.
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in onboarding new users and training them on core software features, helping them navigate tools like time tracking and invoicing.
- Work closely with the product development team to communicate feature requests, bug reports, and improvement ideas based on user feedback.
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and training videos to help clients maximize their use of the software.
- Participate in product testing for new features and provide feedback to ensure the software meets the evolving needs of accounting firms.
- Track and analyze customer feedback, helping improve customer satisfaction and product development.
