QA ANALYST (Remote)
SUSPENDED Looking to add a QA Analyst to the team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for creating test cases, manually executing tests, identifying bugs and issues, helping developers reproduce and solve problems.
- Provide input as required to the planning, requirements definition, and design process for new features, with an eye toward testability
- Write manual tests scripts necessary to ensure the operation and correctness of new features
- Perform front-end user acceptance testing for all new features
- Perform end-to-end regression tests in preparation for new releases
- Perform smoke tests to ensure successful releases
- Write detailed and easy to understand bug reports
- Provide consistent communication regarding testing status to both the Engineering and Business teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential to success
- Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Extensive knowledge of front-end mobile testing
- Ability to clearly document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience with the Agile methodology and regression testing
- Experience in both Confluence/JIRA or equivalent tool for software development
- Understand how to read a test plan and execute test cases
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment
- Solid understanding of iOS and Android native features
- Minimum 2+ years of working as a Quality Assurance professional in Agile working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
