The Company is building cutting-edge digital health solutions, integrating modern AI systems with secure and scalable backend technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about building robust, high-performance APIs and contributing to AI-powered platforms. You will play a key role in designing and implementing backend services that support our intelligent health solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Integrate both third-party and internal APIs (RESTful and GraphQL)
  • Work with LLMs and contribute to the architecture of modern AI engineering frameworks
  • Optimize infrastructure and deployments in GCP using Kubernetes and other container services
  • Contribute to and improve our CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product teams, and AI researchers
  • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and security across all services

  • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and NodeJS for backend
  • 3+ years of experience building realtime communication systems with WebRTC / Websockets
  • Experience with building software for healthcare (HIPAA compliance)
  • Experience with LLMs, tool calling, retrieval, etc. is a plus

The combination of real-time experience and healthcare is not necessary, but at least one of the two
