We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to support backend, integration, and migration work across enterprise projects.
You’ll build in C#/.NET and Azure, help plan and execute data migrations, and collaborate directly with clients during US business hours. This is a hands-on role focused on product delivery, data integration, and production problem-solving.

Key Responsabilities:

Platform & Data Integration

  • Configure and manage environment variables, secrets, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts/utilities for data processing (ETL pipelines, transformations, and automation tasks).
  • Execute and monitor data jobs and validate results using SQL queries and API responses while documenting issues and resolutions.

Client Collaboration

  • Join client calls during US hours to diagnose issues quickly (logs, queues, API responses).
  • Coordinate access (DBs, VPNs, service accounts), remove blockers, and keep a crisp comms log.
  • Capture recurring obstacles to improve our implementation playbooks and setup fee assumptions.
  • Break down tasks with technical leads and contribute to realistic time and risk estimates with client-ready explanations.

Delivery Support, Quality, & Production Readiness

  • Prepare and execute migration runbooks, especially for planned weekend cutovers
  • Write and maintain lightweight test harnesses, scripts, and validation tools to ensure data and system integrity
  • Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and support integration-level test planning
  • Contribute to CI/CD hygiene, environment consistency, and observability (e.g., alerts, dashboards)

  • 5–12 years of professional software experience with recent focus on Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, Azure).
  • Strong SQL skills (profiling data, writing queries/CTEs, validating outcomes).
  • Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, webhooks, message queues), auth (OAuth, API keys, service principals), and environment management.
  • Comfort with git-based workflows and CI/CD; able to read pipelines and fix straightforward issues.
  • Proven excellence in clear, concise client-facing communication (leading working sessions, writing clear updates, driving decisions) - this role requires collaborating directly with clients via Zoom to solve problems.
  • Availability for periodic Thu–Sun migration cutovers and same-day collaboration during US business hours.
  • Azure Logic Apps/Functions, Azure data pipelines, and PowerShell.
  •  Estimation and project planning experience on time-and-materials engagements.
  • Prior work in PE-backed environments.
  • Light QA/test-harness experience and/or data quality validation tooling.

This is a contract position (based on fit and preference). Compensation is competitive and reflects experience, migration availability, and client-facing capability.

We offer remote flexibility, a thoughtful client mix, and a culture that values clarity, autonomy, and excellence.

US Time Zones — overlap with GMT+3 and EST.

This role currently supports a Thursday - Sunday migration schedule, and the right fit will have weekend availability to support the client’s required hours.
