We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Engineer focused on global IT support, stationed locally, who will be responsible for the entire region and provide support.
Some of their responsibilities include:
Provide first- and second-line IT support for users via multiple channels, documenting all activities in ITSM.
Manage end-user hardware, workplace and network devices, including stock, orders, and supplier coordination.
Triage requests and escalate to solution teams; participate in high-impact and security incidents.
Maintain knowledge management, ITSM reporting, and compliance with IT, security, and privacy policies.
Support project go-lives, change releases, and critical P1 activities outside office hours.
Ensure overall user satisfaction and participate in operational/service meetings.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with IT network components, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, AD, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points.
Experience with Intune, scripting, Windows OS, Microsoft365, Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Security and Active Directory.
Experience with Managing Suppliers
Experience with Endpoint Management
Experience with ITSM tooling, including Administrator and/or Designer roles
Fluent in local native language and English (both oral and written)
