You will be reporting to the Salesforce Technical Product Manager on the Global Technology team and will be part of the core team responsible for configuring, designing solutions, and
maintaining the enterprise platforms for the company. The role will work with Global business stakeholders to discover and discern business requirements and developers to create the
functional specifications that meet the business’s requirements. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, and work with the QA team to test new functionality, create documentation, and
keep the development team unblocked and moving forward. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job! Technical experience, business
acumen and strong communication skills are a must.

How you will make a difference: 

  • Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to design solutions to meet business challenges and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems and processes to implement improvements and opportunities that meet business unit objectives in large to enterprise-wide global processes.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional business requirements to create technical designs, data models, use cases, supportive analytics, gap analysis, project impact estimations, and deliver efficient enterprise application solutions for both standard and custom configurations.
  • Lead and manage projects from the discovery requirement phase until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live.
  • Assist with QA process to verify functional components match up to the expected outcome.
  • Solicit, understand, and document customers’ business requirements, goals, processes, and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.
  • Conduct workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams. Propose and demonstrate new and existing functionality.
  • Develop training reference materials and process documentation outlining system functionality.

  • Minimum 8 years professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce for a high growth technology company.
  • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how Global Technology needs to support the Specialized business in achieving revenue and profit goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Confidence in debugging and solutioning challenges during complex implementations
  • Experience collaborating and managing relationships with other technology teams and business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands.
  • Experience with agile methodologies within JIRA and Confluence
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to learn from teammates, analyze past projects and advise Leadership on how our systems can be improved using reusable or new technical solutions.
  • Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts
  • An ability to gauge your audience and adjust your communication style to work effectively with all types of personalities, to influence others internally and externally.
  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to pull diverse groups of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Application specifics)

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, AWS
  • Experience with Order Management preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Messaging preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator or related certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business. judgment. And an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
  • You are passionate with an ever positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to continue learning new skills.
  • Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptance and adoption of new systems and processes.
