PROJECT MANAGER SPATIAL COMPUTING (CDMX-SAO-BUE-MDE)

We are looking for a Project Manager who can confidently take ownership of and lead delivery of cutting-edge Spatial Computing projects and act as the primary driver towards the customer. You will be the person who keeps everything moving, aligned, and transparent, both internally with designers and developers and externally with the customer, to ensure a high-quality delivery and a strong customer relationship.
You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience Trifork’s Spatia Computing capabilities. Your ability to lead, structure, understand technical complexity, and think ahead will directly influence project success, customer trust, and future business.


Responsibilities

  • Own project planning, execution, and delivery of Spatial Computing projects

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal team

  • Drive alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and technical assumptions in fast- moving, exploratory projects

  • Facilitate close collaboration between design, development, and business stakeholders

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and expectations

  • Set up and drive all customer-facing structures, including: Regular check-in and status meetings, alignment and decision-making sessions collaboration channels (Slack, Teams, etc.) 

  • Support technical discussions with customers together with the Tech Lead, ensuring clarity and shared understanding

  • Identify opportunities for extensions or future phases and help shape next steps together with sales and leadership

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software or digital product development

  • Strong customer-facing experience and confidence in leading complex dialogues

  • Solid understanding of software development processes and architectures

  • Comfortable working with iterative, Proof-of-Concept driven development

  • Highly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with digital product development. AR/VR/XR or spatial computing is a big plus

  • Curious mindset and interest in new technologies

  • Commercial awareness with an eye for long-term partnerships

  • 100% remote but focused on collaboration and a community culture
