We are looking for a 3D Designer to help create high quality spatial experiences. You will play a key role in shaping how users perceive, understand, and interact with digital content in physical space and will be working closely with spatial designers and developers to bring complex ideas to life.
This role is about designing for real-time use, not prerendered visuals or marketing- only experiences.
 

Responsibilities

  • Create, refine, and optimize 3D models and assets for spatial computing experiences
  • Design objects and environments with correct scale, depth, and spatial presence
  • Collaborate closely with spatial designers and developers to support interaction and experience
  • Ensure a strong balance between visual quality and real-time performance
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and frequent iteration cycles
  • Continuously improve asset quality based on feedback, testing, and technical constraints

  • Strong experience in 3D modeling and asset creation
  • Proficiency with tools such as Blender, Houdini, Maya, or similar
  • Understanding of real-time rendering constraints and optimization
  • Experience with AR/VR/XR or game engines is a strong plus
  • Strong sense of scale, composition, and spatial awareness
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative development environments
