The Project Manager is fully accountable for delivery. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving ERP and systems integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You work closely with customers, functional consultants, and technical teams to keep projects on track, remove blockers, and ensure what is delivered works effectively in real-world operations.

You understand ERP platforms well enough to challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and act as a translator between business, functional, and technical stakeholders. This is not a status-reporting role — you are accountable for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of ERP and systems integration projects, from kickoff through go-live and post–go-live stabilization.

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and delivery quality.

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.

  • Lead customer meetings, drive decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward.

  • Coordinate work across consultants, integration engineers, and customer teams.

  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into executable delivery plans.

  • Identify risks early and proactively manage scope, timeline, and resource trade-offs.

  • Ensure proper testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

  • Hold delivery teams accountable to commitments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Ensure projects follow internal delivery standards and best practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • ERP Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, including core processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials. You don’t need to configure daily, but you understand how implementations succeed or fail.

  • Project Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing ERP or systems integration projects in consulting, implementation, or agency environments.

  • Client-Facing Operator: Comfortable leading executive and operational stakeholders, navigating tough conversations, and keeping projects grounded in reality.

  • Delivery-Focused: You care about results, not just plans, and push initiatives across the finish line.

  • Organized and Decisive: Able to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines without losing control.

  • Clear Communicator: Skilled at translating business needs into actionable technical execution.

  • Accountable: You take ownership when things go wrong and drive resolution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing integration or ERP implementation projects.

  • Background working with eCommerce platforms or marketplace-driven environments.

  • Experience in fast-paced consulting or implementation settings.

  • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus, but proven delivery experience is valued more highly.
