QA AUTOMATION LEAD/SR

  • Lead customer-facing teams and be the go-to technical reference for your clients
  • Design and execute testing strategies, select frameworks, and recommend the right tools for each context
  • Support the technical growth of your team members — mentoring, guiding, and helping them level up
  • Drive methodology adoption and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Handle project billing and collaborate with leadership on account management

 

  • Solid experience in test automation roles (at least 5 years)
  • Hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as Playwright or WebdriverIO, and AI
  • Advanced English — you'll work directly with international clients
  • Experience with API and database testing (a plus)
  • Team leadership experience (a plus — but not a dealbreaker, see below)
