The company needs help scaling the fastest growing women’s health program in the United States. Our partner has helped over 300,000 women improve their lives by supporting healthy habits and providing a powerful online community of support. Our partner has been featured on national television in the US and has a #1 book on Amazon. Join the company as a Principal Engineer and work directly with our partner’s CEO to build and manage an engineering department of 17 people, and architect a large scale e-commerce platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the CEO and the director of engineering to learn the company’s business objectives
  • Work with the CEO to discover and record the business’s key performance metrics
  • Create a technical roadmap that leads a team of 17 engineers to accomplish the company’s business objectives
  • Design a scalable architecture composed of multiple e-commerce platforms and integrations
  • Build and manage a high-performance engineering team by creating processes that improve the product quality and the developer’s productivity

  • Fluent in English
  • You have experience collaborating with executives and non-technical teams to build products and manage projects
  • You have experience transforming general business objectives into clear technical roadmaps, architectures, and projects for large teams to execute
  • You have experience building amazing engineering teams
  • You have experience architecting business workflows composed of multiple platforms and integrations
  • You are a well-rounded engineering leader. You are not only an amazing engineer, but you also contribute product and business skills
