We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to turn our ideas and projects into easy-to-use features on our products that broaden our value proposition for customers.UX/UI Designer responsibilities include understanding the products’ value proposition, current and potential user profile and needs, design experiences to satisfy them, design graphic elements for interaction and navigation, among others. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with user experience design, design principles, prototyping and mocking tools and in working with engineers and developers to make product ideas come to life. But above all, you need to be passionate about crafting a digital product that has global reach and hundreds of thousands of users. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base, both in web and mobile apps environments. Responsibilities

• Understand user profiles and develop useful user personas.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements developers can implement easily.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, using mocking tools such as Figma.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) relying on data gathered by tools.
• Propose data-driven approaches to discovering user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to and develop design style standards on fonts, colors and images throughout the whole company.
