  • Responsible for receiving bugs from the client. Insuring that the bugs are reproduceable and insuring that the tickets have the correct requirements.
  • Assigning the tickets to the right developers
  • Coordinating a teams efforts (i.e. scrum master)
  • Doing QA on the bugs once they are done from the developers end. This includes a lot of technical work so they have to have a background in coding.

 

The perfect fit would be someone with the following skills:

  • Scrum Master/Product Owner/Business Analyst
  • Manual QA with a bit of technical background into understanding how system work
  • Coding Experience. Background as a developer.
