We are looking for a DevOps to join an Uruguayan Software Factory with American clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Building out, managing, and supporting Azure resources for open source and in-house development cloud hosting including but not limited to:

  • Integration: Logic Apps, Web Apps, Azure Functions, Kubernetes Helm charts an internal deployments
  • Securing Keys: Azure Key Vault, Digicert
  • Storage: Azure Blob Storage, Azure Disk
  • Logging & Telemetry: Application Insights, Datadog, Kubernetes logs
  • Network security: Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, TLS, Service Principals
  • Azure SQL Databases (postgresql, snowflake)
  • Azure AKS Kubernetes management (User Defined routing a must), Load balancing
  • Standalone Linux Virtual Machine setup and management
  • Translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions
  • Working independently or as part of a project team on a client engagement.

  • 5+ years of professional experience engineering in public cloud environments, delivering project or program.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and maintenance of cloud design, implementation, and support
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, and other organizational management such as risk management, or change management
  • Capable of and comfortable with working remotely
  • Ability to read and write Typescript, Python, Bash, Terraform, or any Object Oriented programming language using classes and interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code. Terraform or Pulumi required.
  • Intermediate / Advanced level of English.
